Founding Partner
Rich Guest is a founding partner of Perennial Gale. He brings 15+ years of senior marketing leadership across brand strategy, digital transformation, and communications — with a track record of building the kinds of teams and brands that earn their place in culture.
Prior to founding Perennial Gale, Rich served as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Brand and Digital Marketing at IMAX, where he rebuilt the company's digital marketing function post-COVID and transformed its approach to social and DTC marketing. Before that, as Vice President of Integrated Marketing and Brand Communications at Burger King and Executive Vice President, Global Chief Digital Officer at DDB, he led major transformation initiatives and campaigns recognized with 45+ prizes at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.
Rich also serves as Adjunct Professor at USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, teaching international marketing, digital marketing, media, and content — an extension of his belief that building exceptional marketers is as important as building exceptional brands.
Rich earned a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA with Honors from Indiana University Bloomington. He completed his ICF Level-1 Coach Specific Training through Goldvarg Consulting Group and USC before being awarded an ACC credential by the ICF.
